This policy explains what personal information Night Bites (“we”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you order, we collect your name and phone number so the kitchen knows whose food it is and can reach you if something goes wrong. Staff accounts also store an email and password.
We delete your information when you delete your account, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records for tax purposes.

Passwords are hashed, all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and only people who need access have it.
